The office is led by Richard who has over 25 years of experience working in architecture. Before relocating to Cornwall he worked in London on a range of building projects, including refurbishments, listed buildings, new builds, private and public sector work, educational buildings and health care projects.
The practice offers the full architecture and design service from the very early feasibility studies, pre-planning and planning applications, plus detailed design stages.
Recent projects have included the modern design of an energy efficient house in Flushing, and also new houses in Mylor Bridge and St Just in Roseland.
Currently, we have a mix of interesting extensions, individual houses and projects with multiple housing units.
Richard Tosic is an RIBA chartered architect based in Falmouth, Cornwall. His work focuses on design, detail and materials, for all projects – large or small.
