Reserved Matters planning permission was gained for a very small site in Gweek which benefitted from an extant outline planning permission.
The new design is for a three bedroomed detached dwelling with an attached garage. The design has black vertical timber cladding and a slate roof finish.
High levels of insulation are also included plus an ASHP for heating and hot water.
