New house – Rock

posted in: Residential | 0

Richard Tosic Architects was commissioned for RIBA work stage E to provide the detailed design for a new house in Rock, north Cornwall.

As an architect, it is possible to provide partial professional services. If you already have a planning consent, and your consultant cannot continue, we can pick up where a previous consultant has worked up to. Ideally, this will be at certain milestone of the project, usually guided by the RIBA work stages. It is always better to be involved from the early stages, to maintain continuity, but this is not always possible. Fortunately, the original design worked very well and only minimal design changes have had to be made, to suit construction and budget requirements.

Original design by Mike Bradbury Design.

For this project, we have prepared the documentation to make a Full Plans Building Regulations application which has been approved with conditions.
