Two new semi-detached 3 bedroomed dwellings constructed on the A39 at Perranarworthal between Falmouth and Truro. Planning consent had been gained by another consultant. Design changes had to be made, together with the discharge of planning conditions, and the preparation of documentation for Building Regulations compliance.
