A single storey, flat roofed extension to the rear of a victorian town house in Falmouth, Cornwall. The external finishes include reclaimed Delabole slates and dark grey aluminium windows and doors. The garden also included a level change with steps.

A new family house in Mylor, near Falmouth. This was a replacement dwelling on a large plot, with a mix of external finishes including western red cedar, render and natural slate. The single storey element included a vaulted ceiling with oak trusses internally.
