Richard Tosic Architects have gained Full Planning consent to construct a new dwelling in the garden of an existing property in Carnon Downs.
A pre-planning enquiry was made to build a second unit in the garden of the existing property. Although the garden is large, there were constraints in terms of the access, existing trees and the style of the surrounding properties. The proposals addressed all these issues and planning permission was granted.
