Richard Tosic Architects have gained Full Planning consentĀ for the construction of a single two bedroomed unit in Falmouth.

The site had previously been occupied by a car mechanics workshop, within a residential area of Falmouth. The site is also within a conservation area. The owner had previously embarked on a joint venture scheme with a neighbour, to construct 4 single bedroomed units on the combined site of the two workshops, however a boundary dispute ensued, and a new planning application was required for a scheme that could be built independently of the adjoining site. After various discussions with neighbours, the planners, and addressing issues raised by local conservation groups and the town council, a design configuration which appeased all parties was accepted.
