Reserved matters planning was gained by RTA for a site which already had outline planning permission for three detached units.
Site constraints included a narrow access from the main road, additional parking to be included for adjacent dwellings, plus turning for fire engine requirements.
The units themselves have an asymmetrical pitched roof design with timber cladding and render wall finishes.
