Reserved Matters permission was gained for a site with outline planning permission for two units in Pendeen, which is within a World Heritage designation.
The original outline permission had an indicative proposal of two semi-detached units. Through discussions with the planners were able to agree on an alternative configuration of two separate units, as requested by the applicant.
