Richard Tosic Architects have gained Full Planning consent for the conversion of an existing Dairy and Calf house in Kenwyn, outside Truro.

Various planning applications had been made in the past to covert the derelict farm buildings into residential accommodation. The new owners of the site wanted to alter the design to suit their requirements, which included removing a basement and expanding the ground floor living accommodation, plus adding a three bay garage and store outbuilding.
